AKA “DJ Smooth Grooves” was born and raised in Hickory, NC. He is a 1994 graduate of NC A&T State University, and became a DJ in June of 2008. He later formed his own business, “Smooth Grooves Entertainment” and in 2011, he began his new venture “Smooth Grooves Urban Ballroom”, a dance studio specializing in ballroom dancing. The music that he heard in Chicago Steppin’ and Ballroom events served as the catalyst for his style of mixing, beat matching and smooth transitions.If you enjoy the smooth grooves and mellow vibes of GCFX, PLEASE donate to help us with what it costs to bring you the best in smooth Jazz, R&B, Reggae and much more.
