Owner / Host of "Quiet Storm"
Tony began his music career working in various entertainment venues and studying Audio Visual Technology in High School. In 1981, at the age of 21, he landed his first radio job in Rochester NY working for Mal-rite Communications as a Production Engineer. An opportunity arose and he was given a chance at recording the voice over for the WUHF TV 31 sign-off news.. He eventually landed the midnight DJ shift at local Jazz station, WGMC and remained there until he enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1986. During his military career, In his off time, he worked every base club wherever he was stationed.

Known as “The Prince of Sophisticated Soul”, Will Downing’s voice is one of the most distinctive, loved and instantly recognizable voices in R&B. Host of "The Sheryl Underwood Show"
Sheryl Underwood is a savvy businesswoman, philanthropist and a multi-faceted, multi-media entrepreneur who is recognized as one of the most articulate, well- informed women of our time. Underwood is co-host of the Emmy award winning CBS television show THE TALK, watched by an average of 3+ million viewers per day and is a much sought after entertainer and public speaker who is described as one of the world’s brightest contemporary humorists.


In 1985 Clive trained as a radio presenter with Radio Thamesmead in London, one of the very first community stations in the UK. In the same year he joined the DJ team at LWR, one of Londons biggest FM pirate soul stations of the 80`s moving onto other pirate stations through to 89. Over the next 20 years Clive moved into commercial FM radio around the UK, presenting professionally at several stations where he covered shows such as Drive time, weekend breakfast and “late night love songs”. Clive has also been involved in some news reading and voice over work but his passion is broadcasting Jazz funk and soul which he now brings to us here at the Jazz UK.


Host of “The Soul Cellar” & “A Touch of Soul”
Tony has a history of over 36 years as a Club DJ, and in the radio broadcasting industry. He currently calls Norway, a land many consider cold, but but heated up with Tony's love of Smooth Jazz and Soul music from the 60’s to the present.


Host of The House of Gospel Music, “Gospel Hallelujah”
Pastor Harold Ford is the President and Founder of The House of Gospel Music, “Gospel Hallelujah” (Worldwide Radio Ministries). He is a Radio broadcast veteran of 40 years working in, Atlanta GA, Miami FL Memphis TN, St Louis MO, Tampa FL, & Jacksonville FL and a host of other places


Co-Host for “Quiet Storm”
“Music is My Therapy” is the mantra that this Quiet Storm host uses each week to deliver the best in Smooth R&B and Classic Quiet Storm Jams. While she has always had an affinity for music, radio and the genre of Quiet Storm, the marriage of the message, the music and the media came when she began her broadcast career in 2014. Delivering smooth grooves with a sexy and seductive sound, her mission is to take you back to love and romance in R&B playing classic hits and recent favorites that will make you fall in love all over again.

Rachel is the Social Media Planner for GCFX Global Radio. She utilizes online space and social media outlets, focusing on ensuring listeners are kept up to date on programming and special events.


AKA “DJ Smooth Grooves” was born and raised in Hickory, NC. He is a 1994 graduate of NC A&T State University, and became a DJ in June of 2008. He later formed his own business, “Smooth Grooves Entertainment” and in 2011, he began his new venture “Smooth Grooves Urban Ballroom”, a dance studio specializing in ballroom dancing. The music that he heard in Chicago Steppin’ and Ballroom events served as the catalyst for his style of mixing, beat matching and smooth transitions.
